Establishing whether a wall is loadbearing or not is very important when “knocking through” to enhance floor space. Removing a loadbearing wall can cause severe structural damage if alternative means of support have not been put into place.

Loadbearing Walls?

The only data we require from clients will be name, contact details, and the address of the property to be surveyed. This information will only be used to progress the project and will not be used for any other purposes or passed onto third parties.

We take photographs of the exterior and interior of properties as part of the client’s brief. We endeavour to exclude any items of a personal nature or that will clearly identify the property.
